2D Science Animation for Doloromics – who produced it

Doloromics partnered with Life Science Animation, known for creating concise, clear, and emotionally engaging science videos that spark investor interest.

We handled the full pipeline:

  • Scriptwriting by PhDs

  • Storyboarding and visual planning

  • Custom 2D animation with illustrative storytelling

  • Delivery of editable visual assets for broader use

The goal was clear: make the science understandable—and make investors care.

2D Science Animation for Doloromics – What the Animation Explains

In just two minutes, the science animation for Doloromics tells the story of:

  • Why chronic pain persists

  • How traditional drug discovery has failed patients

  • What makes Doloromics’ DOLOReS platform different

  • How human-based data and AI are enabling better therapies

We used clean, metaphorical visuals—neurons depicted as signal carriers, pain shown as overstimulated pathways, and DOLOReS illustrated as a smart, diagnostic map—to highlight the uniqueness of Doloromics’ approach.

Behind the Scenes: Science Animation for Doloromics

Every project brings its own surprises. For Doloromics, it was all about versatility and reuse.

Jackson Brougher, the CSO, requested all visual assets including Illustrator and Photoshop files, so the team could use them in other BD materials. We adjusted our pipeline to deliver:

  • Full-HD image sequences

  • Editable vector artwork

  • Character scenes in layered Photoshop format

We also wanted to record a testimonial video to promote the animation. To make it effortless, we prepared a remote studio setup via Riverside, ensuring high video quality even with varying internet speeds.

Jackson and his co-founder Lucas even used the animation as a launchpad for partner outreach. In his own words:

“Frank helped us create our science video. He specializes in translating complex biotech concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand animations.”

The Impact

The final 2D science animation for Doloromics has been used in:

  • Investor meetings

  • Partner outreach

  • Digital marketing

  • Referral conversations with other biotech leaders

It’s more than a video. It’s a tool that saves time, sparks conversations, and creates clarity.
